Product Description

FRP elbow/flanged glass elbow

It consists of an inner surface layer, a sub-inner surface layer, a structural layer, and an outer surface layer, and we will conduct gel tests under local weather conditions to determine the proportion of resin, curing agent, and accelerator. The first inner surface layer is a corrosion-resistant layer, composed of gel coat and surface pad, resin content of more than 90%, thickness of 0.5mm.

The second inner surface layer, which is a leak-proof layer, uses alkali-free glass short cut felt and resin, and the resin content is 70%-75%. The thickness is not less than 2.1mm, and the layer can effectively prevent the expansion of fine cracks on the inner surface. Therefore, it plays a role of double protection. Structural layer, which strengthens the inner and secondary inner surface layers, resists external loads, and ensures stiffness and strength. It is made of alkali-free glass fiber and glass woven fabric with a resin content of 50±5 %. The thickness depends on the calculation of the specific conditions. The outer surface layer is an aging-resistant layer. The use of resins containing ultraviolet absorbers can effectively prevent aging under outdoor ultraviolet radiation. The thickness is 0.5mm.
