The company has a newly built modern production plant of more than 28,800 square meters; it has two sets of Shanghai Xinyan one-to-two 3-ton intermediate frequency induction melting furnaces, equipped with world-class Suzhu static pressure horizontal molding production lines and an annual output of 10 million pieces with independent intellectual property rights. Each cast Iron Radiator production line can produce more than 20,000 tons of gray cast iron parts, ductile iron parts and gray Cast Iron Radiators each year,which are mainly exported to the United States, Russia, Europe and other countries. Our company has a complete set of advanced testing equipment, mainly including German Spike spectrometer, infrared carbon and sulfur meter, various non-destructive testing instruments (radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing, etc.), universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, metallographic microscope , Molding sand laboratory and other complete foundry testing equipment and complete quality management system, to fully control all manufacturing links, the company has passed ISO9001: 2008 international quality management system certification; and is actively promoting ISO14001 environmental management certificate, OHSAS18001 occupational safety and health certificate and TS16949 certification.
